Your brand’s claims, cleared before they ship.
Sayline answers questions about your products using only what your brand has approved. Everything else, it declines.
Can I say this helps with fine lines?
You can say it supports the look of smoother skin over time. That wording is on file for this product.
approved claimWhat about this caption?
“Clinically proven to reverse aging”
restricted phraseA wrong claim is not a typo.
For a D2C brand, the gap between what marketing approved and what gets posted is where the regulatory risk lives. It is also the gap nobody owns.
The people talking about your product are not on your compliance call.
Creators, affiliates and support staff answer questions in real time, from memory, using whatever they picked up from a product page. Most of what they get wrong, they get wrong sincerely.
A general assistant will guess.
Point a stock model at your catalogue and it will fill gaps with plausible language, because that is what it is built to do. A confident invented claim is worse than no assistant at all.
How it works
Three steps, and a human decides at the one that matters.
Read the pages you already have.
Point Sayline at your product pages. It checks robots.txt before every fetch, parses the structured markup it can trust, and reads the prose separately, labelling which pass produced each fact so you know how much scrutiny it deserves.
Nothing goes live unreviewed.
Every proposed fact waits in a review queue beside the URL it came from until a person accepts it. Rejections stick, so a re-scrape does not put the same bad fact back in front of you.
Answers assembled from approved material.
Your team and your creators ask in plain language. Replies are built from claims you approved, and drafted copy is checked against your banned phrases before anyone posts it.
The line is drawn by you, not the model.
The scraper proposes facts. It is structurally prevented from proposing permissions, because the two fail in opposite and equally bad directions.
- Approved claims are written by your team and only by your team.
- Ingredients, FAQs, specifications and brand facts can be proposed from your own published pages, then accepted one at a time.
- Edit a claim and the cached answers built on it are dropped in the same transaction, so nothing keeps serving the old wording.
- Banned phrases can be set per product or across the whole brand.
- No scrape can ever write a claim or a prohibition. An invented claim would become sayable; a missed prohibition would protect nothing.
- Each brand’s data is isolated at the database, not only in application code.
Who it is for
Brand and compliance
You decide the approved wording once, in one place, and every answer downstream is built from it. Adding a new product means reviewing a queue rather than writing a briefing document.
Creators and affiliates
Ask what you are allowed to say and get a straight answer, with the approved phrasing you can copy. Paste a caption to check it before it goes out.
It answers your customers too.
The same approved material powers a widget you can drop onto a product page. Set which domains may embed it, and rotate the key to switch it off.
Start with one product and one approved claim.
