You are charged for the people who sign in — your team, your creators, your affiliates. What your customers ask the widget is not a meter, at any volume.
A campaign that works should not arrive as a bill.
Widget conversations are included in every plan. If a product page has a very good week, the widget does not stop and does not start costing more — beyond the fair-use ceiling it answers instantly from your approved claims database instead of composing a fresh reply. Your customers still get approved answers. Your invoice is the number you agreed to, every month, with nothing on it you could not have predicted when you signed.

Widget conversationsIncluded under fair use in every tier. Never billed per conversation.
Anyone who signs in to Sayline: your marketing and compliance staff, your creators, your affiliates, your support team. People who talk to the widget on your product pages are your customers, not team members, and they are never counted and never charged for.
ask
What happens if we go over our plan?
Nothing breaks and nothing is charged automatically. Seats are the one number you can see coming, so when you are close to yours we get in touch about moving up a tier. You will never learn you were over by reading an invoice.
ask
Is the widget priced separately, or metered?
Neither. The public embed widget is included in every tier under fair use, and widget conversations are not a billed line item at any volume. A campaign that works should not arrive as a bill.
ask
So what does fair use mean in practice?
Every plan carries a conversation ceiling generous enough that ordinary traffic never reaches it. Past that the widget neither stops nor starts costing more: it answers instantly from your approved claims database rather than composing a fresh reply. Your customers still get correct, approved answers, and your invoice is the same number it was last month.
ask
Do you offer annual billing?
Monthly only for now. We would rather quote a straight monthly price than an annual discount we have not thought through yet. If annual billing matters to your procurement, say so when you get in touch.
ask
Can we sign up and pay online?
Not yet. We onboard brands individually while the product is early, so every plan starts as a conversation rather than a checkout, and there is no card on file.
Tell us how many people post about your products.
That is the only number we need to put a plan in front of you. There is no checkout — plans start as a conversation while we onboard brands individually.
